Intramural Spirit
Intramurals are one of the most exciting events in school because they give students the chance to enjoy and show their skills outside academics. They are important because they promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and school spirit. For a few days, students get to take a break from lessons and join games, cheer for their teams, and support their classmates. More than just playing or watching, intramurals bring everyone together and make the school community feel alive and united.
For me, this year's intramurals was a mix of fun, stress, and learning. As part of the MAPEH Club, I had the chance to help organize activities like Esports tournaments (Mobile Legends and Call of Duty) and different booths. Handling the Esports was not easy because some players were hot-headed and very competitive, which made the games harder to manage. On the other hand, preparing and running the booths took a lot of time and energy. It was tiring, but it also felt good to see students visiting and enjoying what we worked hard to set up. Being part of the organizing team wasn’t simple, but it gave me a better understanding of how much effort is needed to make intramurals successful.
In the end, all the hard work was worth it. I realized that intramurals are not only about who wins or loses but also about patience, teamwork, and the friendships formed during the event. The laughter, cheers, and memories we created made all the challenges lighter. Intramurals 2025 reminded me that the true victory is not just in the games but in the joy and unity it brings to everyone.
